I was sent this Instagram Live by a friend who has been exploring into the world of Menopause, and all it's glorious symptoms. Here Dr Panny and Naomi Potter talk about all things related to breast cancer, and how you could consider HRT to help alleviate some of the menopausal symptoms brought on by taking hormone blockers such as Tamoxifen. (Always speak to your GP or Oncologist).

Ive also been reading up on Bio identical hormones, but I'm still undecided on this. I have a lot more reading to do before I pass comment. I have my annual check up next week, I know, 2 years, where has that time gone? I will speak to my consultant when we catch up.

Also I haven't updated you all on the latest plastic surgery consultation. I will do. I have another appointment end of June and then hopefully I will have a clear treatment plan to finish this all off!!
