Tamoxibollocks!

Helen Addis who is co-founder of The C-List www.The-C-List.com has a really good feed on her instagram - thetittygritty. She does a lot of Q&A's with various professionals, and I really liked her latest one on the joys, or horrors, of Tamoxifen.

You can view their discussion here where they talk about all side effects that we can possibly experience whilst going through this treatment, and how to help alleviate symptoms. I can totally relate to this conversation, and the daily struggle is real. But we learn to cope in various ways. As I said in my previous post, I have recently been prescribed a different brand, and I am definitely sleeping better on it. Or is it that I am just used to it again?
